A second might be enough to change everything, you can only do is to handle yourself in the very next second of the happening, you may undergo severe mental trauma, but you need to heal from that asap,
What ever happens life has to move on!
Things will not stay for you, you need to heal back from that and move on.

It's very hard to move on, but if you didn't you
You will suffer a lot, things around you change greatly but you will remain still.
Try to get yourself back, try to be consistent, you may feel difficult but need to, that may help you to get yourself back, be with the people who help you to heal, according to me people who are there in your tough times are the reason for your success, be grateful for those people.
Try to change the way of thinking, try to change your thoughts positively, that might uplift the situation completely, a single positive thought may change the whole situation, try to be positive at your tough times
Think about your goals nd that will make you motivate, manifest your thought that will help you to change the situation at its best, your thoughts have the power to change everything, believe in your thoughts, that will change everything in a better way
Try to be positive as much as you can!
